Storms Happen: Here’s How We Handle Hurricane Season.

We’re pretty chill when it comes to weather, but when hurricane season ramps up, safety comes first.

If there’s a named storm headed our way, here’s how we handle it:

✔️ If local schools close due to severe weather, so do we.
We use Duval County school closures as our general guideline. If it's not safe for kids to go to school, it's not safe for us to be behind the chair.

✔️ In these cases, our 24-hour cancellation policy is out the window.
We won’t charge you for rescheduling due to a hurricane or other serious weather event. We’ll also reach out proactively if we know we need to shut down for the day.

✔️ You’ll always hear from us first.
We monitor forecasts and local alerts. If we decide to close the salon due to safety concerns, we will send a message promptly so you’re not left guessing.

We’ll get you rebooked as soon as we’re safely back up and running. In the meantime, charge your phones, make your snack runs, and take care of yourself.

We’ll do the same.
