Her work centers on honoring natural texture through intentional cutting and customized color, creating hair that looks good without constant effort. The result is hair that feels like yours and routines that fit real life.

Beyond client work, Susan spends much of her time coaching stylists to build careers that don’t rely on burnout or perfection. She’s deeply invested in education, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence, helping artists develop confidence, efficiency, and longevity in an industry that rarely slows down.

When she’s away from the salon, you can usually find Susan working on art, prioritizing recovery, playing with her kitties, or exploring wild Florida with her family.
