Each of our artists has an individual hourly rate, reflecting the skill, time, and magic they bestow into curating your look. We schedule sessions based on the time it takes to achieve your hair goals so your stylist can give you their full, undivided attention. There is no double-booking hustle here; we like to keep things one-on-one. We are transparent with our pricing, so there are no surprises at the end of your session.
No gratuity, no add-ons, no up-sells, no bullshit.

Once you’ve decided which artist you’d like to work with, choose a session duration that works best for your hair goals and/or your budget.
If you are unsure of the amount of time you will need, contact your preferred artist directly from their profile page.

Consultations
Each session includes time for a consultation so we can figure out your hair goals and preferences. This is why we ask that all guests who are new to their artist and returning guests, seeking a new look, book extra time. You can also reach out to your preferred artist for a virtual consultation.

New Guests
A “new guest” is defined as any human who is new to the particular artist or if it has been more than 12 months since your last visit with your preferred artist.
If you are new here, please select sessions with a description labeled as “new guest.”

Maintenance Services
What about a bang trim or neck shave? At Beauty Junkie, we reserve maintenance services for our existing guests. If you need a tweak, you can request a private link from your artist or shoot the salon a text.

Cancelation Policy
Beauty Junkie kindly asks for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Same-day cancellations or “no-show” appointments will be subject to a 50% charge. Please use the button in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you can not utilize the email, text the salon.

Running Late?
All prices are based on time. The clock starts when the appointment reservation begins, not when you arrive. If you arrive late, your artist will do what they can with the time that remains. If there isn’t enough time for any portion of your appointment, you will be subject to a no-show fee.

Adjustments
At Beauty Junkie, your satisfaction with your hair is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your recent appointment, contact your artist within 7 days to schedule a complimentary adjustment. Please note that we do not offer gratis services for changes of mind.

Refunds
Under no circumstances will any refunds, payments, or portion thereof for any salon services rendered be granted. All sales of hair services and any extension hair sales are considered a final sale.
