About the Class

Trust the Process is a one-day haircutting class led by Jo Thomas, designed for stylists who want to loosen their grip on rigid rules and strengthen their decision-making behind the chair.

This class focuses on alternative haircutting, razor work, and clipper cuts through a gender-free, intuitive lens. You’ll watch Jo demonstrate technique in the morning, then apply what you’ve learned during an intimate, hands-on afternoon session.

Rooted in real salon work and lived-in results, this class builds confidence through understanding why choices work, not just how to repeat them.

No trends. No formulas. Just skill, intention, and practice.
