Define Goals: Clearly understand and discuss your client's goals while setting realistic expectations.
Plan the Strategy: Determine the approach, timeline, and the type of hair needed to achieve the desired results.
Provide a Written Quote: Give your client a detailed written quote that includes your hourly rates and the cost of the hair.
Discuss Aftercare: Emphasize the importance of aftercare and provide clear instructions for any preparations needed before the installation appointment.
Complete the Release Form: Assist your client in filling out the hair extension release form. Ensure they select the correct hair type (standard or premium), as this will affect their guarantee.
Finalize the Consultation: Charge your client for the consultation and the hair extensions.
Confirm Shipping: Reassure your client that you will contact them as soon as the hair has been shipped.
2. Place the Hair Order:
Submit the order request for the required hair extensions.
3. Confirm Shipping and Book the Appointment:
Once the shipping is confirmed, have your client book the recommended installation session online.
4. Install Day:
Install the Hair: Execute the installation as planned.
Reiterate Aftercare: Remind your client of the critical aftercare steps to ensure the longevity of their extensions.
Charge for Services: Charge your client for the installation time.
Provide Remaining Hair: Give your client any hair that was not installed to take home.

Use this form to request a hair extension order. Management will be notified via email once the request is submitted. However, it’s advisable to also inform management directly to expedite the process.

You may work with one hair extension model per month.
Models must sign the model release form before any services are provided. Find models that have already signed the form here.
Extension hair can be ordered at a wholesale price, with a 50% discount.
No commission will be paid on discounted hair.
